1. Scope of Services

 

We offer a variety of residential house cleaning services in New Hampshire, including:

 

Standard cleaning
Deep cleaning
Recurring cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Short-term rental cleaning
And more!

 

2. Pricing

 

We use a flat-rate pricing model. Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning you need, and the frequency of service. We offer a free quote for all new customers.

 

3. Payment

 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and Venmo.We do not accept cash.

 

4. Scheduling

 

We offer a variety of scheduling options to fit your needs. You can schedule a cleaning by phone or by email.

 

5. Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

 

6. No-Shows

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled cleaning or we are unable to enter the home at the scheduled time of your cleaning, you will be charged a full cleaning fee.

 

7. Liability

 

We are not liable for any damage to your property that occurs during the cleaning. However, we will take reasonable steps to protect your property.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

We will keep all of your personal information confidential. We will not share your information with any third parties.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

 

10. Entire Agreement

 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. There are no other representations or warranties, express or implied.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in the State of New Hampshire.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are waiving your right to a jury trial.

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

Everyone who is a cleaner for us must carry liability insurance.
We are required to follow all applicable safety regulations.
