Do I get to choose when a cleaner can come to my house?Yes! You are able to check out the current schedule on our Booking Services page and choose the date and time that works best for you. If you call, text, or email us we can provide some times and dates that you can choose from.

Do you offer carpet cleaning or window cleaning?Unfortunately, we only offer house cleaning services and no niche type services such as carpet cleaning and window cleaning.

What if I have pets?Great! We love pets! We work with homes that have pets all the time. We do ask that you keep your pet in an area where they will be comfortable. Some of our furry family members are afraid of new people or loud machines like a vacuum. Please let us know ahead of time how you would like us to work with you in regards to your pets. We want them to feel safe and happy!

Should I tip the cleaner?Tips are not expected but are accepted! Only if you feel our cleaners did a great job and you want to show your appreciation for them, tips are welcomed!

Do you provide your own equipment?Our cleaners provide all equipment needed to complete services. If you have a specific request, ex. Stainless steel fridge shining, we ask that you provide our cleaners with those solutions to help complete the service.

Do you take cash?Unfortunately we do not accept any cash or check payments. We do however accept payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer (Venmo). Tipping your cleaner directly with cash is accepted!

What if I have a problem with the cleaning after it is complete?Our cleaners do their best to make sure your home is in tip top shape! Unfortunately, we may miss something. We want to make this entire process as easy for you as possible!

What are your rates for a house cleaning?We use a flat-rate pricing model here that considers a few different parameters. These include but are not limited to the home's number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and square footage. Our rates are competitive and our cleaners are paid fairly for the work they do. We are happy to give you a free estimate over the phone. Every house is different and the time it takes to clean any given house can vary. How do we pay for the service?Once the cleaning service is completed, the payment will be made with the payment details that were collected upon booking - the final invoice will be sent to you directly and payment will be pushed through.

Do I have to be home for my scheduled appointment?No, you do not have to be home...as long as you provide us with a way to get into the house. This can be a key, a door lock code, or a garage door opener. If we are able to get into the house, we are able to clean and complete the job!

If I need to change or cancel my appointment, what do I do?We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to reschedule to another time or day that works for both you and us. What is included in your house cleaning?While this isn't a complete list, it is a high level view of what we do at every cleaning. - Empty all trash/garbage bins - Clean the kitchen - Clean the bathroom(s) - Clean the bedroom(s) - Vacuum all flooring - Mop all flooring - Focus on special areas as requested We have a checklist for every cleaning we do. Our cleaners will do a walkthrough of the entire house prior to starting to clean then will do another walkthrough after everything is complete to make sure we did not miss anything. If you have an area that needs special attention, please either let us know when booking, or you can let the cleaner know during the initial walkthrough (If you are present, of course!).

Payments Accepted
We accept payments made by credit/debit card. We will collect your card information during the scheduling but will not charge you until the cleaning is completed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
